if he has commited a crime he should be punished.

but to me since i am from a differnt country he should be given a warning ,at worse put in jail for a couple of months or be fined and put under probation.(since he only tried to persuade her into doing it she never did it and the guy never did anything pysical.)

that would be good enough for him.

but if he ever tries again he should be punished severly.

i think he should be given a chance.

i just came across a case in my area inwhich

a guy was hacked on yahoo email and the hacker is using his email id to send suspicious emails to people.the most notable was emails to a 14 year old girl forcing her to show her naked pictures.

the email was read by school authority and the case was handed over to police with the girl suspended from school(i dont know if the girl agreed or not i think its unfair to suspend the girl).

the guy lives in a different state.

how would you define this act in words.

is it considered a crime in missouri state?

is there any way that the culprit can defend himself/

would he be considered a sex offender or child abuser or child molesting person?(note:he claims he has never had sex, and has good moral reputation in family and neighbourhood).

the girl has never posted naked pics yet.

and neither he has ever tried to ask her to have sex or show her body naked online(the hacker of course)

the problem is that the person whose yahoo was hacked is gonna get in trouble.

suppose he is charged and found guilty(considering him guilty) what would be the punishment by virginian laws.and he is on green card and 21 years old.

what are the possible panalties?

and how would the case be taken as?

This is all a mute point. Each computer has its own unique IP address. It makes no difference if someone stole his yahoo email and password and sent illegal emails. It will show the authorities who actually sent the emails and from where. If they arrest him (and they will if he sent them) then they will prosecute him.

Be aware if the sick moron all of a sudden says well maybe someone else used his computer to send the emails. That will be as good as guilty as others have changed their stories when they try the first lie and it fails. If he is truly innocent and his yahoo email was stolen and the person who did it sent the email then they will not come after him and he is safe.

The sick ** broke a serious federal law and should get punished severely. He is also displaying pedophile tendencies and should be incarcerated and then afterwards placed on a sexual predator watch and not allowed near any kids ever at anytime.
