hope so still waiting for the avr to update on our ds230. it arrived on monday, so hopefully today or tomorrow they will update the system.

i never got a message on the avr about my ds230 being accepted, i just got the one that says checklist response was received oct 15, my ds230 arrived at nvc oct 13, so i was assuming that they got my ds230 and then i got the log in fail after a week, are you referring to the false rfe message?

Hey guys i need alil help.... I paid the last $400 payment today waiting on coversheet woohoo!!!!! But my job is transfering me next week so my address will change. so is there a form to change my address should i send it in first b4 the last set of documents r afterwards... thanks

My husband was able to get the certified copies of the court records. Do I have to send the ORIGINALS, or can I get by with sending a scan of them to save a couple days? Does anybody know?

Julie, I sent my husband Military card "a photo copy", but I enclosed a note saying the original will be surrendered at interview.

I dont know if it will work for you, but since you have to wait for him to send it, I would try of what I did, you never know.

Cant hurt HUH? If you get RFE for it, you should have the original by then to send to answer the RFE!!

Im soooo glad he got the PC!!!

i think it is better to send the original you know how they are at nvc ,, have him make a copy for him self and send the original ceritified DHL ,, that usually have delivery confirmation and you can track that incase some thing happen also hubby will have his hard copy , but normally they get it ,,, DHL is the best case , even if he has to drive an hour to get that done because of the strike, have him do that,, and send that off quick to get DEC interview fingers , legs , crossed for you dear

the same situation in my case DS230 delivered on October 19 and AVR still repeated the same " some documents is missing ", hope they will review it soon

yeah, it is the false rfe. i had already sent the docs in. just waiting for them to update. there is a glitch in our invoice payment, so a supervisor is having to manually enter in our payment. they said we paid before it was invoiced, but everything should be fine. so i am not sure about the log in failure for us. but i am still able to access our doc cover sheet and receipt for both iv bill and aos.

I snooped around a bit, and I think you can just contact the NVC about this. I found this thread:

Make sure to fill out the forms with the post office so that any mail that accidentally might go to your old address will be forwarded to the new one.
