Well, in the interest of helping others in the future....

It shows on the UK PCC. He was caught driving with no insurance, no tax, and no MOT. It turns out, those are misdemeanor offenses.

Okay, is misdemeanor offenses a reason for a denial? Will a wavier help in this case?

Oh, gosh, I am soooo sorry, I dont know what to say... Have you put in the request for the court papers yet? Get on that #### soon as you can and maybe if you can manage to get someone to help you by hurring it along with a nice letter explaining your situation.... Again, I am sooo sorry you have to go through all of this!!!

Julie very sorry to hear that, USCIS does the same thing at Naturalization - questions every minor traffic violation for "moral character" reasons

Good luck at police processing, may be they have expedite service?

Please don't stupid NVC upset you, it's better to get some rest and see close friends/family or go out - in reality (take a brake from online)!

I think they JUST got our cases today (I tracked on DHL and NVC said they sent it out on Monday)... So I am giving them a day to review it and sending them an e-mail Thursday to see... If you call NVC they will tell you if your case has gone out to Naples yet... I will keep ya posted and let me know if you have any luck too!!!

I tried checking DHL just to see how it works and it says

Unable to track shipments at this time.

System Unable to Process Request. An unexpected error has occurred with shipment tracking. Please try to track your shipments at a later time.

i used EXP 19 OCT 2009A as a ref#

and 18-19 as a range, i also tried 16th, 20 and 21 - same answer

is it website glitch or typo?

Don't worry, I know how to track the packages, but thanks... A package was sent out last week and signed for Friday, then another package on Monday and signed for Today... They have just not processed it yet. NVC told me it went out with the Monday shipment. I will give them a day or so to process it.

Ohhhh #######... the AVR changed to reflect an RFE and said the NVC has mailed a letter October 20th asking for a missing document.

Call and find out which document, if it is the entire 230 package it is a false RFE and it means your 864 has been approved...

Nope, it's not a false RFE. It's a real one. They need "court records" for traffic stuff?????? SHEESH!!

My husband was stopped this year in Northern Ireland for driving with no tax, no insurance, and no inspection on his vehicle. It was a traffic violation and fine only. Apparently, they need the records for that.

So, that's my story. Shoulda known.

what!!!!!! what the ,,,, this is not happening when you are finally get it together they are saying this... SHhhh GRrrrrrr,, sorry julie hon i know i cannot explain how i felt about this seriously i knew i went with a RFE not to mention this kind of things you cannot control ,,, can your attorney do any thing about this ? can the court paper be ordered ASAP and have your hubby mail DHL ? i am so sad

The said they have earlier dates, however, they could not assist us to get an earlier date until they got the actual package... So I was tracking when they get the package so they can see about giving us an earlier date...

I wish , i told my husband to call the embassy and ask them their capacity for NOV and he did since they did not have any doc of either my self or my husband's they could not give him any information which is understandable , the embassy cannot do any thing till they get the paper work ,, and the paper work now is at nvc they loved my papers they won't let go hahahhaha

I'm so over this. I sent the original birth certificate of hubby back to nvc, they got it last Friday the 16th and STILL nothing!!!!!!!!!

The email nvc employees emailed me back when I queried why it was showing on avr and not when I speak to an operator, was stupid....

It just says "dear sir/madam, blah blah we sent an rfe for documents on the i864"

I wrote back just now saying I already sent the documentation back!!!!

#######???? Now I can't call them koz they're closed and I'm soooo upset!

Ok so maybe they do have it and I just need to be patient???
