I've been getting great book suggestions from the regional forum and figured I'd ask the VJ community:

Are there any good books/authors you suggest? Who & what type of books do they write?

I'm really loving Jen Lancaster right now. Based on a VJ recommendation, I read her "Such a Pretty Fat" and now have ordered and am reading two of her other books: "Bitter is the New Black" and "Bright Lights, Big @$$"

As soon as I read the title of the topic, i was about to suggest Jen Lancaster's Bitter is the new black -- i find it very funny. Now i'm reading Such a pretty fat..

aside from that, i also like mitch albom's "5 people you meet in heaven" and erich segal's "love story"
