^^ That exact same thing just happened to us. It's a touch. It means someone probably checked it out and put it on their desk. Could be close for us!

that's a confirmation notice sent by CSC letting u know they've rec'd ur file. I got that notice a week after I got trans to CSC, but didn't see any touches after that for 6 weeks.

Seeing that u just got that notice maybe it means a GC is in the works.

hello guys..

i have a question to ask..my interview is very near so im gathering all my documents..

--when i filed my AOS i put my mother-in-law to be my joint sponsor cuz my husband just got layed off from his job at that time..so now my husband has been working for his new job for almost 3 months now..so my QUESTION is do i still need to bring evidences for my joint sponsor like (bank statement,evidence of being USC) since my husband already has a job..?

Hi yes they will probably ask you for most recent paystubs of your mother inlaw and maybe a proof of citizenship also 3 years taxes for her. it would not hurt to bring this docs. when i went to my interview they ask me for 3 years taxes for my joint sponsor with original w-2's

Same here... I just checked my e-mail an hour ago and my case has been touched. Dang it! I can't check it online. The email is from USCIS not from CRIS. I hope we'll all have our AOS approval and GC soon.

So sick of waiting

Hello umagurl, yes they do ask for original w2's. but it all depends on the immigration officer how picky they are.

Yeah, there have been a lot of approvals from July in the last 5 days (not counting people that post in this thread). I think everyone that just got a touch will be approved within the week or at the very least get an rfe and be within days of getting approved. Seems they just opened a new box of transfers in cali

We just got an email yesterday with the same message as well. At first I was worried, thinking it meant our case was transferred back to the local office and that we would be having to go to an interview eventually, but after reading the posts here, it seems like a good thing! Hoping we all get approved soon!
