We've been in a holding pattern since getting transferred to CSC, other than a touch back on 10/19 that many others got as well.

Last night I got an email saying:

"On November 3, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later."

Took a bit longer than if we had been processed locally with the interview, etc, but in the end worth saving the hassle of that.

I expect that it will take the entire 60 days to get that card here! LoL

Hello to all...

So happy that i have done my interview and was approved...

when i get inside the room 21 (durham local uscis) the CO ask my passport, any goverment id issue in US so i gave my learners permit id,my EAD...

the CO only ask a few questions..the information i have in my 1-485 then check everything but i was a little nervous when the CO mention about the follow up vaccination but good thing i bring the xerox copy that the civil surgeon ive been through and give it to the CO to prove i have done already my follow up vaccine he then check again and then notice i sent them the copy already during the sending of my package..

then after that he ask how our love story started so i tell him everything where we meet,then when my husband visit,etc. and until i arriived in here in USA and we get married.

and ask the proofs of joints both with my name and my husband and he told me he will get the EAD card because i was approved and i will have my greencard in the 2 or 6 weeks and i said " thanks u sir" and he then replied have a good day and you drive safe...

to all my fellow july fillers..thanks for all of your help and support ....your guys have a big help for me and i am hoping those who are still waiting their greencard and approvals..i hope and pray your time will come so soon...god bless us ALL...

And just a few hours after the interview today i received and email from cris stating of a card production order of my greencard...

CONGRATS ATE..i forgot ur interview date..but im so happy u passed the interview..we really had a hard time for this AOS journey..but now were just waiting for our GC..time goin so fast..

oh and they didnt took my EAD card..but its ok its my souvenir now..CONGRATS AGAIN..

my AOS journey officially ends now..but il still be in this forum..im not gonna leave u guys..cuz all of u help me in a different ways..thank VJers..

to all whos still waiting for ur GC's just be patient like what i did..

JOB HUNTING is my next project..wish me luck..anykine job as long as i get paid

got my interview scheduled and i am worried about the medical on the checklist. am i supposed to go see a surgeon here or I can just bring the vaccination from the philippines when I had my physical exam? also, for the affidavit of support, i dont have a copy of the one i sent them before, should i make one again? thank you

Hey all, Congrats to you all that have gotten your approval and your green card in the mail, must be a great feeling.

I was just wondering how many July filers were still here with still being in the Initian Review section according to the USCIS website? I got my NOA for my AOS on the 16th of July, but have not heard much since, how many others are in the same boat? so far i can only find people who have got their green card, so i was just curious how many others are still waiting.

Let me know so i can feel a bit better if theres more than me still waiting!

Hi Luck-e and kooki with regards to the copy of ur vaccination from st. luke i dont think if they will accept that because in my experiences they check our vaccination records and if we have already done the follow up vaccine and i remember it is also written in the notice of interview that reminds if in case we have not included the transcribed vaccination in our package we need to bring with us a transcribed vaccination to avoid any delay of ur approvals and for the affidavit issue maybe it is not needed anymore for the interview the are very particular with the proof of joints both ur name and ur husband name. hope it helps u i only share my experience so you have and idea...good luck to you...
