Please try to remember that there is NEVER anything worth ending your life over. Think of your spouse and what it would do to him/her.

It's tough to go through immigration and to have setbacks and to wait. Is there no one near you that you can speak with? It sounds like you really might want to consult a professional.

Jundp, is absolutely right. Ending your life will solve nothing. If you need to talk, please PM me. I will listen. Please talk to a family member or a friend. Please just talk and get this out. Good luck and take care.

Please remember, even if its really hard for you right now, your life is a lot more important than anything else, think of your loved ones. I'm really sorry that you have to go thru the pain you feel right now, but please... throw that "SUICIDE" thing away out of your head.....

I hope you will find someone close to you to talk about it, to make you feel little better.

All the waits, stresses, tears, heartaches, all the miserable feelings you feel along the way will be paid off once you get what you've been hoping for...oh and WITHOUT PRAYERS? will be like trying to start a fire with water, JUST WON'T WORK!

I'm not a very emotional person, but I still have problems and worries that take over my thoughts. I try to find something to completely pour myself into. This helps me get my mind off of things.

If I was in your situation, and I felt as desperate as you say that you feel, I think I would devote my full attention into finding a way to get to Egypt and be with your husband for a while.

I'm sorry you are feeling so shitty. And this process is very lonely - you don't want to always complain to your spouse and your family/friends don't understand.

It looks like from your ticker today is an anniversary. Don't think about missing these days together -- think about all the days you can have together in the future.

Do you journal your thoughts & emotions? Getting it out on paper helps me.

Hey take it easy I know its hard but giving up and letting go is really just going to let the ones making the decision justify their reasonings that much more. Who knows what they would say if they found out one of the spouses in the relationship went suicidal then they really will be like, 'wow saved us from a crazy?" Please don't give up, add me on here and we can talk.

Suicide is the wrong answer period.

many people who love someone and want to be with them don't understand how bad it hurts to be far from their loved one. Many of us here at VJ feel that pain much much worse. It is almost unbearable to believe that it could be so dificult to have a happy life with someone from another country. To have to wait months and months for a government to say it's okay for you to be together is quite a rough thing to endure. I'm many of us have felt like you do. But we all realize that suicide isn't a solution to anything. Humans can take a lot of hardship and still bounce back. It's very true that what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. You WILL feel better. And someday you will be able to help someone get through tough times just by saying "I know how you feel". Love is worth waiting for. life is a journey and we need great failures in order to really enjoy the successes. take care. we're all hoping and waiting. we all need to talk and be heard. so thanks for helping us. :)

at least you have your husband/wife to talk to.. even in the saddest times (like right now for us), I can still always talk to her.. anytime, anywhere, we will always be together.. :star: :star: haha, at least your 1st approval was WAY faster than ours.. congrats on that!! I know only the end result counts.. but 4 months for an approval is awesome!! I would trade anything for that.. Also, how come it took you 1 whole year to submit the waivers? I thought it would be really fast to fill out and submit..
