Our status is the same but the last update's date is: 07/04/2006.

how can you be touched on a federal holiday?

Well, I don't know!

I just knew we were touched today again - 07/05/2006.

Yesterday my fiance got an e-mail saying our RFE was sent. But he got REF last Friday. :)

yeah they were delayed sending out the email... at least for most of us. i never even received one stating that it's either on its way or there.

i got touched today too :)

I have been touched every day since i sent back the RFE on June 22nd. Doesn't seem to do any good though since i have got no approval or emails

Sure it is a federal holiday but all service centers are run by contractors and its my guess they are getting a whole S*&tload of overtime because of IMBRA.
