Hey everyone. I recieved my welcome to America Letter on thursday afternoon and I recieved my green card in the mail on friday :D I'm so excited, I am finally legal and I'll be able to maybe start living a normal life once again. I also ended up recieving my very late social security # ... but I'll have to take it in to get the conditions removed from it. All is well on this end of the world though :) We got ourselves a happy canadian this weekend!

Congratulations..

If you get a chance, please reply with your interview date/approval date and the date you received your greencard.

We have an interview in Memphis on july 13th and we are trying to get some feel for the time after interview before receiving card. We have a trip scheduled for two weeks after and hopefully this is enough time. Also, did they stamp your passport?
