VSC looks faster in GC arrival and CSC is still so slow, I wonder how fast they would go when they are done fixing their machines or if they will be over with this machine fixes blues.

That's what I noticed as well. CSC is taking a bit of time - just yesterday I received the "card production ordered" email - twice in a day. I'm hoping they're starting with card production soon.

I doubt the situation will be over soon. Although the official announcement only came out on 5/29, but it actually started at the beginning of May, so it's been going on for almost two months already. How long do you think it will take to upgrade all the machines? :unsure: I think 3-4 months would be a reasonable guess, so we're only about half way through the delay.

Finally received a CRIS card production email today... hopefully the machines have been fixed and cards will be produced & sent in a more expedited manner.
