I woke up this morning went to work and logged onto my computer and saw that where it said that my timeline processing suggestion had been changed from its july time to this....

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between August 1, 2009 and August 28, 2009*. "

I am a little confused (if not saddened) My fiancee has been going through some hard times there in Moldova without (family related) and I just want to get her here as soon as possible (conversations on the phone are becoming more frustrated it seems) Any help on this subject of suggested processing time would be welcome. Thanks.

Payxibka is right. Also the timeline is just the average of the time from those that are already approved. This is just statistics. Add to that average just one expedite approval and it will push back everybody's timeline. This is because the date of the NOA2 is closer to it's NOA1 and not like the rest who filed maybe in January or December and are still waiting for approval.

At least this is how I understand it. If somebody else has a better explanation please post it.

PEACE my friends..............

My I-129f was approved more than a mnth before the predicted time, which in turn probably affected someone else's estimated time. It is not carved in stone. I got an email today from a man I correspond with, his estimated adjudication was late June-Early July, he got his NOA2 today. So do not despair too much. The VJ guidelines are a bit conservative (usually) but probably the best you will find.

I sometimes liken this process to flying a small airplane. If you react to every little up and down, you will overcontrol and soon you will be vomiting. I think you are probably getting pretty close, get your interview documents ready so you can proceed ASAP when it is approved.

Good luck

Yeah you have as much control in all this as trying to recover from a flat spin.

Thank you all for your input and very gracious feedback it has taken me a while to get to this point. I have dating my Natalia since October of 2006 (I met her at work and boy was she something wonderful) but due to her university and family obligations she went back home (even though I practically begged her to marry my sad self before she left me) Since then I have been traveling back and forth to Chisinau Moldova to see her it has not been easy (I have been been there at least 6 times, during a duration of every 4 to 6 months) I have called every day since she left me in that year (you should see my stack of phone cards, it is scary) It was somewhat accepted at first because I had my work and she had her studies but now its become quite painful in this distance. I want a family with her and she very much wants to help her mother not work so hard. We have alot in common and alot of those phone conversations have helped us to see how good we are together. Yes at times we both are stubborn, (have hard characters) although I am too "soft" (as she claims) and she is too "hard" as I pointed back but I know its reason. Her life has been a way of "survival" and emotion partition, and feelings do not have so much of a place over there. (perhaps that is what she loves so much about me as she once exclaimed, "Eric you talk too much." ) As she always said "Show me eric, not tell me." (The old "actions speak louder than words" applies there, I suppose) both of us are a "bull headed" taurus that were born in the april month (me the 23rd and her the 29th, I always joke that I am 6 days more clever and that always earns me a playful slap of honor) However, now we are ready to get married to settle down permanently with each other. I just came back from Moldova at the beginning of this month and it was very strange while I was there. As I told Natalia in my country I do not usually dream in the usa, its more or less a dreamless, soundless, restless pause from the night to the morning period. But over there with her, feeling her next to me, I had dreams almost every night and they were so colorful and vivid I couldn't believe it. I feel like a machine just going through the motions without her here and I feel the separation anxiety immediately when I am leaving her at the airport (I even feel myself start to hyper-ventilate when I take that airplane from there to Frankfurt, Germany, its like someone is stretching my soul like a rubber band and all I want is to just turn that plane around) I have been waiting such a long time for her and now I hope everything will go smoothly now. To all of you I hope that you will all soon have your day in the sun, your partners, soulmates, best friends and lovers with you, and that all your wishes come to fulfillment and so I will just keep repeating that line "good things come to those who wait" in my case almost 3 years worth of patience. :star:

This is so pretty - I wish you speed in your process along with everyone else here. It is very hard leaving your love one behind - I thought I was the same one when I board the plane to go back from the trips to visit - is like my soul is saying NO don't leave parts of me here and the trip home is always so lonely - the 1st time I was coming back on a visit - I wrote to him then the 2nd time I found I could not - was like not enough - I wanted more time to talk and dream w him in real time. Life here is the states also has become mechanically and just functioning waiting and watching time tick away to get down the road closer to being able to be together for life.

You know this "waiting game" has literally become my life. From logging onto USCIS then visajourney.com, e-mail account BAM! Thats my routine in a nutshell. Wait, look, pray.

Believe me my friend. I know the feeling. When I left from Romania a little more than 5 weeks ago and had to say goodbye to my sweet angel I felt like my soul was being broken in little pieces and almost no word could come out of my mouth. Leaving your loved one behind and not knowing when you'll be together again is something I wouldn't wish to my worst enemy. But as I like to say...."God might strangle you but will not kill you". We will wait as long as we have to.

PEACE.............
