My fiance and I were not blessed with middle names. What do we enter in the "middle name" field? Should we leave it blank or enter n/a?

You have to go back and start over. Have your parents give you a middle name, then get new birth cerificates, translated to English from Irish.

Just kidding. "No middle name" or "none"

We wrote "No Middle Name" (Just like you see it.) so there was absolutely no chance they would mistake "None" as an actual name.

i've actually seen that happen to people

Me too. I entered N/A so I didn't end up with a new name.

I would definitely NOT put None. That would be so funny if they gave you a new name (and also more work for you).

I would go for N/A or No Middle Name, like mentioned before.

You could change it when you got married to "Now I do, twice a week, but not Wednesdays"
