You will need the application number that appears on your NOA1, if you have that you just add your case to your portafolio on the USCIS website with the same user and password you had when you did the K-1.

Yes, it is the number that appears on the I-797C but is not the Alien Number (A#), it is the number that is on the opposite side of the A#, mine starts with MSC.

My husband and I were just like you guys, we could not remember the password nor user, but he finally found it cuz he wrote it down back then! We tried to add our AOS case but for some reason the system does not recognize our application number yet, we'll keep on trying, because it seems to work for most of the people so I'm hoping ours will work at some point.

Good luck on adding yours, let me know if it works for you!

I have the same problem, the site doesn't find my case neither! But yesterday when I tried to look up at it again a message saying they were updating the website came up so I'm gonna try again later and see if something changed.

The online system is completely unreliable.

My wife's cases were viewable right away, my daughter's not found until the afternoon of their biometrics.

And even now, it still says "case received, processing". But we already RECEIVED their AP's and EAD's.

Same here. I received my EAD more than a month ago, and the case is still not even showing on the CIS website. Neither is AOS case.

Would be nice to see them, but it is not really important (much worse things can happen during this immigration process, right).

I know this is easier said than done, but it's nice to just send it in and forget about it for about 4-6 months. Then one day get a nice surprise.

I heard of people checking that website 10 times a day, looking for updates and "touches". That seems very OCD to me. I guess some people may be obsessive/complulsive, and they can't help it. But what's the point of all that stress and aggravation when it's so unreliable?

That's great! Ours isn't working still :( I just tried and it does not appear yet... I'll just keep on trying every day!

That's exactly what my husband said when I got so upset about our case not appearing online!

The online updates are kind of useless. Our I130 and I765 showed up right away. Our I485 never even showed up until after we were already approved.

The one for the I765 is the only one that ever worked. Our I130 still says pending. ;) Seeing as how we got the green card last week, I assume it's going to stay that way! :D

Yes, it is frustrating!

On May 07, 2009, we ordered production of your new card.

I looked today and i found that:

On May 12, 2009, we ordered production of your new card.

It's confused, they ordered it on 7th or 12th?

I wont be surprised if tomorrow there's gonna be On May 32, 2009, we ordered production of your new card ^_^
