I just sent in my I-129F last week. I haven't got my NOA-2 yet. When will they approve me? This wait time is killing me!!!! The last time I saw my fiance was 2 weeks ago. This separation is the hardest thing I've ever had to go through! Im so depressed! By the way, can anyone tell me what a touch means?

and what is advanced parole? is my fiance a criminal?

Hi, we've just sent off the application for my husband's green-card, and I was wondering if having children together is enough proof for the greencard. We have quadruplets, and I'm planning on taking all 4 of my prescious babies with us for the interviw. A cousin's wife's friend's mother's brother had the same situation, and his green card was approved without even an interview. I mean how much more of a real relationship can you have if you have a baby together. Any thoughts?

Ummm there's a packet 3 and 4 for the greencard? My cousin's wife's friend's mother's brother didn't mention that, where can I find info on on this? I called INS and they said I would only have to fill it out if my husband was here illegally, but he's not because we have children together. Oh, I don't know what to do...should I get a lawyer?
