congrats people :) i want mine now am fed up waiting

Agreed!!

I have stopped looking in the last 2 weeks cause I am getting so frustrated and decided to more or less just accept it when I see it, since my case is still not viewable on the online system!!

But Congrats to the rest of you, I know it is simply a matter of time!

I took the oposite approach and didn't check it much the first two and half months and now checking every day! Going crazy I think. Seeing lots getting approved now around and after our file date so hopefully soon.

Congrats and good luck all!

Isn't this crazy. If you think about that all we want to do is enjoy our lifes together which is already hard, because of the long distance. and then we always have to ask for permission to see each other. plus we are given a hard time at poe. really doesn't seem fair.

Wish you guys a great time together. i am sure your noa2 will come soon. Question on the side. did you guys hire somebody to check his mail everyday (lol)

I think it's really unfair how they treat him like he's doing something terrible, just because he spends a lot of time with me. In the past, they've even given him a hard time because I haven't been over there that often to see him. Even when he's explained that I'm disabled (which requires him to therefore escort me home with him) they seem less than impressed.

To answer the question: *lol* Don't worry, we've been checking the USCIS system online, and his parents are both checking the mailbox regularly and would let us know as soon as there was any news.

I'm hoping we'll hear something within the next few weeks, based on how quickly the USCIS seems to be moving lately.

Slow on notices, yes. But the optimist in me says that means they're working feverishly to get as many approvals done before the of the week as possible. (Who wants a bunch of files on their desk when they come in Monday morning? :D ) ... and the notices will come late in the day or over the weekend. I'm determined that today will be our NOA2 date.:yes::dance:

Didn't someone get an email last Sunday that their NOA2 date was that day?

Slow Friday

It sucks but think on the positive side, an RFE means they were actually working on your case! Get the info in to them ASAP and it should only set you back a few weeks to a month.

Sorry about the RFE I guess the silver lining is that your case is not lost and as soon as you send in the requested information they'll approve your case right away. I have heard from many individuals that their applications have been approved within a week of submitting the requested evidence. As soon as you send them the evidence you get a touch and the status will say they received the evidence and in a matter of a day or two you get an approval if the evidence was sufficient of course. Best of luck we all are pulling for you two.

sorry to hear that. I agree with danu and rob in cali that you should sent the requested evidence as soon as you've gathered it and you will be approved soon after that.

still understand you are being upset, I would be too.

Good luck

Still no communication at all for us, since our NOA1. I'm trying to remember this is neither good or bad news. Just need to wait and see. Maybe we'll hear something next week.

Yeah, same here. Alot of cases approved near and after our date but none on our exact date. Waiting is so hard...
