if VCS is on the last part of January does that mean that most of January is done and people didn't update their timeline? i was just wondering. lets go February!!!!

i was wondering the same thing how many people didn t update it , maybe they got over excited and forgot about VJ ?

been dating since june 1st 2007

dec-08 -officially engaged,i went back to France to apply for k1

2-11-09:noa1

3-06-09:My angel is visiting me

3-16-09:my angel is going back to the states

6-06-09: received NOA 2 HARDCOPY!!!!! ( notice date:-05-29-09)

Hey my Feb family (I thought this would be my home for a while with my RFE)....I got approved today. The email came in at 6:15 PM. I couldn't believe it...now I feel like a chicken with it's head cut off....I don't know the first place to start preparing for the Packet 3....okay okay...1st step...BREATHE!!!!!!

Dec 12, 2009 ~~ All 3 NOA1s received in the mail (dated 12/7/09)

Dec 17, 2009 ~~ InfoPass appointment (Emergency AP granted)

Dec 28, 2009 ~~ Biometric Letter arrived (dated 12/15/09)

Dec 28, 2009 ~~ RFE for I-693 (dated 12/22/09)

Jan 11, 2010 ~~ Completed Biometrics

Jan 14, 2010 ~~ Sent I-693 in sealed envelope via US Priority Mail

Jan 19, 2010 ~~ Reply to RFE delivered to Lee's Summit, MO @ 5:03 PM signed for by "C BUCHHOLZ"

Jan 20, 2010 ~~ USCIS acknowledged receipt of RFE on I-485 only

Jan 22, 2010 ~~ I-131 AP and I-765 EAD approved (email notice on 1/25/10)

Jan 28, 2010 ~~ USCIS email that I-485 was transferred to CSC on 1/26/10

Jan 30, 2010 ~~ Received EAD and AP via US Postal Service

Feb 01, 2010 ~~ Received notification of case transfer via USPS

May 07, 2010 ~~ Email notification that card production ordered for 1-485

Jun 01, 2010 ~~ Greencard finally arrives w/approval date 2/23/10 (Huh??)

Done until November 25, 2011!!!

Hi Liz!!! WHere have you been? We have another February Approval. Wow that was 8 just here yesterday. VCS is really pushing them out now. All at the end of January.

Yesterday was a great day for sure... I only wonder if, being the end of the month, that they were kicking it to make a quota or something? I sure hope not. I try not to get too excited so I can't be disappointed when it swings the other way.

Maire, I didn's see an answer to my question about using Skype to call your SO on a land line, so I thought I would ask again. :)

Oh Maire, btw (another acronym), after your negotiation and argument with my crystal ball, this morning it said May 19th. :)

Lets go Vermont!~!! Let's have a great day like yesterday. We are working our way towards February.. 2 in February. We are getting there guys and girls. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope that all the people in the past get there's and they continue forward to ours. Hopefully by next week we find out.

I just hope that they can maintain the current pace. I would love to see some of the regulars here gets approved soon. It would feel a bit more real to me. If that makes any sense. Not that I wouldn't be happy for anyone else.
