Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.

On January 14, 2009, we transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer.

got transfered last Jan 13 2009.. (or am I just an intruder for Jan 2008 transfers?)

shall we expect for an approval within a month or two?

Its free though to dream .:lol:

Dec transfer from VSC some only takes less than a month to receive an approval..

a lot of december transfer were approved with 2 to 3 weeks of the transfer...so let's keep our fingers crossed!!!

I know how excited you are to be transferred, but as you can see from the link below only 3 filers were approved within 2 weeks. A few more after that but many of us are still waiting. Good luck.

Ours got transferred Jan. 14, 2009 too! Our attorney in Amman said we should get approval within a week or so!!! I am praying for that!!! :) Good luck to everyone! I hope it will be very soon for all of us.
