To all my fellow VJers,

My file have been approved today. No update online, automated system, or no e-mail confirmation. Found out through Immigration officer at VSC.

HAPPIEST DAY EVER!!! :dance::dance:

OMG, I just relalized that our I-130 receipt date are same. I don't want to be too optimistic because I know there are some late March 08 filers who are still waiting for their approval. At the same time, I hope I get the good news soon. I have my fingers crossed. ;-)

Yup. Best of luck! Have u try calling vsc? I found out through vsc officer.

I haven't called VSC in long time. What's their #?

option 1

option 2

option 1---- enter receipt #

option 1----- confirm receipt # is correct

option 3

option 4

This will connect to VSC office.

You should also include letter as number for example, EAC on phone keypad its 322. Use whole receipt numbers not just numbers.

Sept 8, 2010 - AOS Approved for 10 year Greencard!!!

No update on my case. The customer rep. asked me to check the status online or you'll get an email from CIS. :-(

No update/touches on USCIS.gov either. :-(
