Hello!

please, i need a help...

I am a model and i receive the invitation from a famous model agency in USA for modelling there for 1-3 months. Is it possible to get a visa for ukrainian young girl (23 years old) if i don't work in Ukraine and do only modelling professionally, speack fluent english, i am not married, have strong book (portfolio) to show in consulate and i will come back after finishing a contract ? + i have a Shengen visa in the passport (it shows that i came back to ukraine) and other more visas (Korea, CHina, Turkey, Serbja,UAE,Syria, RUssia, London...) .

And what visa form (EXAMPLE) do i need to downdload in my sityation ?

Thanks a lot!

Regard,

Elena

I would imagine that a reputable agency would be able to do the legwork on the visa for you.

Nevertheless, if you want to pursue this, I think either an O or a P visa is what you're looking for. And VJ isn't going to be much help for you.

Might I suggest www.britishexpats.com instead? Choose "Discussion Forums" when you get there, and then choose "U.S. Work Visas."

I concur to posting on BE. I'd suspect that the agency might be able to petition an H-1B visa for professional modelling. I will caution you to check out the reputation of the agency as well. Many agencies scout talent, but 23rs of age is on the high side for a career here, unless a model has achieved quite a reputation already in their country. Good luck!

Your prospective Employer would sort out all the paper work. Ask them what they propose sponsoring you for.

To be fair, post some pictures, and we can give our opinion whether you could be successful here. LOL.
