We are still at NVC form 5th Jan 2009. 35 days in AP. Yesterday received email from NVC that This petition is now eligible for further processing. The petitioner, beneficiary, and/or attorney of record will receive further instructions regarding the processing of this petition.

What does it mean??????????????

If it was in response to an email from you, it is the usual canned response. Quite a few have had those, and they don't mean a thing.

Sorry (F)

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

NVC is busy today..cant get through to bug them :(

I'll try later

did everyone enjoy their weekend on "the inside" lol

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

I was able to get through and I was given canned responses.

No update on either file. Lasy told me that AP is various gov't agencies checking your file.

I told my wife, I wish she was born here so we could have avoided immigration altogether.

Our case made it to the embassy in Zagreb yesterday around noon. My fiance couldn't resist emailing them so... he's the one who was given the info about my interview, too, haha. They were supposed to mail me my whateverstuff (instructions and interview information) yesterday, but I guess they're procrastinating a bit since I haven't received anything yet.

They told my fiance that my interview is scheduled for March 12th. Now I have to reschedule it for the beginning of April.

Either way, things are finally moving again, yay! :star:
