Does that make him a triple-citizenship person? Wow! US, Britain, AND Kenya!!

the crux of this particular argument is that Kenya was a UK posession in 1961.

this is one of 4 active cases the justices will be hearing within the next week. the mainstream media is quashing this news, but it's on the SCOTUS website. the other cases all call the place of birth into question, or the mother's travel and citizenship activities of the time frame, as they would have impact on the citizenship question.

a reasonable person with nothing to hide would just make public the original document, and the school admission documents, and the passport showing how this guy got into pakistan, and whether he actually accepted indonesian citizenship as a child, etc. a reasonable person wouldn't leave so much hidden, unless there is something that needs to be hidden.

I believe the argument here is that if you're born with automatic dual citizenship then you're not a natural born citizen.

Apparently Thomas thinks there's something to it.

Clarence Thomas probably does not know that Kenya does not allow dual citizenship. Since I became naturalized, I lost my Kenyan Citizenship. You have to be born in Kenya to be Kenyan citizen. The argument has no weight.
