Interview experiances on OCT 21th 2008

Dear All,

First of all , thanks guys for everything that you have posted in this Forum, it helped me so much .

and I am glad to say that we got visa of IR -1 for me and IR-2 for my 6 years old daughter after 2.5 years waiting.

Here is the detail interview experiences at Us Embassy in Budapest .

Original intreview date was Oct 29th but as confirmed by Immigrant officer my New interview date is Oct 21st at 13.00 pm.

13.00 , The security guards let us in.

13.30, called at window 6, the lady asked medical report and passport , and asked if my husband used visit us, I said yes.

14.00, Finger print, the CO let my daughter to try to do same as me, but of course he didnt put on the record. He said wait til my number will be called again

15.00 was the interview , the american lady was the interviewer.

The question were :

do you only one kid?

How did you meet your husband?

What will you do for the future in USA?

why are you in Hungary?

she said your Visa approved and please wait 15 min to print out the Visa.

She didnt ask any proof of relationship , NOT EVEN PICTURES.

and the first lady called my number and she gave us our passport with the visa on it and she asked to check and said sorry wait for long.

everything was ok, and she gave me 2 sealed envelopes , for me and my daughter to give to officer at POE in the US.

she gave me brochure , I didnt even check what brochure is that .

Good Luck for the others who is waiting for interview.

Case complate : August 27th 2008 , Interview date will on Oct 29th 2008

Package forwarded to Local embassy : Sept 11th 2008

Package received : Sept 15th 2008

Receive interview mail : Sept 30, 2008

Medical check : Oct 1st 2008 passed

Vaccination : Oct 1st 2008 , OK got 2 shots

New Interview date : Oct 21st 2008 VISA APPROVED AND ISSUED

POE at Phoenix : NOV 28th smooth

Receive Welcome letter and SSN : Dec 17th 2008

Green card received : Dec 22th 2008

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

04/30/08- Here I am in USA!!!!

05/19/08- I-130 approved!

05/27/08- NVC received our application and case number assigned

06/02/08- DS-3032 sent & AOS Bill Generated

06/05/08- Paid AOS Bill online

06/16/08- DS-3032 email accepted by NVC

08/28/08- Case completed!

10/21/08- Interview date (Rescheduled by US Embassy- Original date 10/28)-PASSED!!!

10/22/08- Visa in hand!

10/31/08- POE- Seattle, WA

11/12/08- Received SSN in mail!

11/20/08- Got my WA driving license!

I-751

08/03/10- I-751 sent

08/09/10- NOA

08/24/10- Biometrics

10/28/10- Case approved
