Merry Christmas all. My first Christmas without the tree and trimmings. (my choice) I've saved money and will go to other people's house with my kids to enjoy the time. Hugs all

Merry Christmas It is raining in southern California. I am cooking for my sons. Both prime rib and turkey as I missed Thanksgiving in Nigeria and they were "complaining" Joseph is spending the day packing to leave for his fathers funeral

That's kinda what we did, I hung garland with white lights in the shape of a tree on my wall and window. Then my daughter and I hung ornaments on it and taped some to the window. It's was quite creative for me since I am so creativity impaired! I spent a total of less than $40 on Christmas including gifts for 4 kids and $10 of Skype credit for myself - gotta love a small community and how they take of the kids!
