congratulations :) did you call VSC regarding your petition?

No I never called them. Kinda sounded like it would be a waste of time from what I read here on VJ.

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

I really hope so :) Everyone who has been waiting this long should be approved as soon as possible. Let sugar and butter be in your mouth, as they say in India :)

Why is it I see on VJ they are processing March for K3 visas at VSC, but on USCIS web site it shows only January 2?

Am thankful to go through this journey with others who are just like me, in this journey. You all feel like friends to me, even those I have not interacted with.

I guess it's to cover themselves cause if they put march on their website...think of all the phone calls they would be getting!!

The processing times have been updated and VSC is showing February 1, 2008 for I-129Fs and November 26, 2007 for I-130s. Not that this actually means anything but at least they moved forward this month.

You got touches and still nothing? I hope you get approved too.

WHAT are they doing at VSC???? Any K3 approval from March yet this last week+ today? Any CR-1???

The processing times have been updated and VSC is showing February 1, 2008 for I-129Fs and November 26, 2007 for I-130s. Not that this actually means anything but at least they moved forward this month.
