I'm in shock after four years of waiting after an abusive marriage, two removal hearings an approved VAWA, my Green Card production has been ordered. I'm overwhelmed to say the least. This has been such a hard, lonely and stressful journey but I've made it.

I cannot wait to phone my two boys and tell them that their mum will be finally home for Christmas.

Thanks to all of you who have followed my story with your love and support.

Thank you all so much for your congratulations. It's all still sinking in but it's a wonderul feeling. I have lived and breathed immigration for the last 4 years and can finally let it go. I feel so excited and alive, something I haven't felt for a very long time.

DIVORCED JANUARY 25th 2006

EAD applied for again (jeez I need to work ) 28th Feb 2006

Removal hearing July 12th 2006

RFE's received for I360 and EAD 13th October 2006

NOID received March 2007

EAD denied March 2007

Back to Immigration Court April 18th 2007

NOID request for evidence received USCIS 3rd May 2007

I 360 touched May 31st 2007

I 360 actually approved May 30th 2007

EAD filed June 23rd 2007
