The real question is how many other 2007 filers are there?

(Not bitter at all, no, really.)

((That was sarcasm.))

I am also waiting for NOA2 for so long now, my husband filed our 1-130 feb 19 we got noa1 feb 29 I checked your spreadsheet here and if i based on that list i figure out our approval is coming anytime soon,im so happy looking on that list i'm number 12 in the countdown & you next to me, but i'm a bit sad and confused when i looked at the Vj k-3 timelines i found out that theres still a lot that was not included in your list. Can you clarify this?

Hello Mamalou,

Your NOA1s are dated just after ours, which were approved last week so I would think VSC should approve yours in the next few weeks (hopefully within the next week or two). According to their website they use first in first out based on the type of petition (K1, K3 etc.). It doesn't always look that way from what we see here but I think some people get expedites otherwise it wouldn't make any sense on why some petitions are approved with NOA1 dates well after others that are still waiting.

It is good to know that there are several february filers already approved from VSC. This may be indicating that my approval is coming soon. However I don't think they work with "first in, first out" at all!! I've seen April and May filers of K3 in VSC approved this past few weeks and from what I've read, some of them haven't expedited or anything like that. So... There must be other aspects that make adjudicators approve a case so fast and others have to wait forever! I believe there were no mistakes on my papers because it has had a couple "touches" and no RFE. But I still don't understand why they don't simply approve it!

Anyway... To wait is the only option I have right now. I believe that for most of the february and march filers the approval is coming pretty soon. Good luck for all still waiting!

It is 6 FRI$##% months exactly we sent out our application. I am starting to give in, seriously.. How much longer? Will we see an approval before the end of this month??

I see people from CSC and VSC getting approved from ANY month, what is wrong with our application??

No touch no nothing.. Last touch for K-3 was mid April, last touch for I-130 was early May.

Anyone got touches/approvals with similar timelines?

What are the last petitions moved to CSC? end of Feb applicants? do they move also K-3 applicants or only I-130 filers?

Good luck to all, WE NEED IT.

You should add your timeline as your signature. And yes there are many who applied before you and are still waiting. See my timeline.

My advice would be to not think about it so much, try to live your life the way u would have without all this visa stuff going on. just a matter of time right.

Please see my timelines below: Can anyone tell if my files were merged?

most likely it was merged in July... that touch is there for no reason..

that must be it. But keep calling VSC and you might get a detailed response... remember out of all of the USCIS employees there are probably only about 10% that actually care about the service they provide, and only about 5% of those are willing to tell you the truth!

I am in the same boat... my signature tells my story in its entirety!
