Yes, it was fast!

Well, LOL, I know it was fast, but, for me the time was going SO slow.......

Thank goodness for this site, lots of support here from everything I have read.

Toria and Dee....Muah

Celebrate when he clears Immigration?

Oodles of champagne, I will just make friends with everyone in the airport. He will think he has his own private cheering section.

This is the most unnerving thing I done since I had a baby.

He has been so positive, but me, I have been so worried.

I know we have a lot further to go, but I can't help being a little joyful.

Ok, he is going a little crazy everytime I read something here and call him in a panic. :D

He said, "Every morning I get up Honey, you are sending me to the moon to get another paper".....LOL

Fondly,

Definitely go see him! My husband and I had planned on meeting in April over the kids spring break but he got his approval and we didnt. He still isn't home yet though he will be soon and I am irritable because of all the time apart. In other words, I regret that we didnt spend that time together.

Good Luck and have fun on your vacation.

Congratulations on your approval. Most K1s are sent to the NVC are in and out the door in a few days or weeks. The stopover is very short. Good luck on the rest of your journey.

:D

Good Morning and thank you again,

I am going to call Fiance and ask him what he thinks we should do.

I know he is waiting to see me, (L) so I will probably go, but cut the vacation short.

He will want to be home in time to receive his packet.

We had planned to spend a month together, but we can do that AFTER he arrives! LOL

I had the same thing happen.

5/9 three emails saying the same thing that the petition was approved on 5/8.

Then they updated to show it was touched 5/9.

CA is at the opposite end of the US so I've not gotten the hard-copy yet.

There's another petitioner who had the same NOA1 date as I did and he lives close to the CSC and has gotten the hard-copy the next day.

I'm hoping I get the official paper in today's mail!!!!!!

The posted info had no "touches" after the initially posted receipt date -- nothing.

Then -- BOOM! email confirmation of approval the day after the "official" approval.

Then the info in the system updated.
