received both NOA 2's in same week

I got my NOA 2 for i 129 and for i 130 in the same week.

this is good and bad.

good because things are moving ahead. bad because whoever was working on my I 130 could have been spending that time doing the I 129 for one of you people...except they are done in different offices.

i can't decipher the timelines very well but it seems to me that i should just continue with my k3 as it will be quicker to get me in the u.s.

congrats. the K3 will get you to the US faster but the CR1 will give you conditional resident status. there are pros and cons. Maybe James' shortcuts could help you speed up the CR1 and not wait too much longer than for K3 after all and not having to adjust status later.

Think about it.
