Thanks again everyone, I hope this means things are moving with VSC now and all of ya will be getting ya's approvals soon. While I'm absolutely giddy and even did my own verison of the Snoopy Dance, I feel awful for everyone still waiting. I wish ya all the best and the fastest of approvals, I honestly don't think I could have kept my sanity (what little I have left now anyhow) without the people on this site you guys are all wonderful for a laugh a vent and support. What made today really great was that my husband and I were having our online daily webcam chat and trying to avoid the immigration subject when the "You have a new message from CRIS" box popped up, so we got to share it together.

I'll still have alot more questions I'm sure now that I'm in unknown waters again, but hopefully he and I can be together for Thanksgiving this year. Or atleast we might actually get to have our 2nd wedding anniversary together as we were unable to spend our 1st together.

I am happy for you and sad at the same time. I sent my I130 on Sep 14, 2007 INS received it Sep 17 and it is still pending. It hasn't been touched since 2/24/08 like your was. I am so frustrated. Why is this

taking so long? I feel like they lost my application or something. Please give me some hope.
