Congrats to those approved. Please let me know if I've missed anyone. I have too much going on right now and will soon be looking for someone to carry on this spreadsheet as per Delicia's wishes. It would be great if someone with a recent IR1/CR1 NOA1 was interested.

Cheers!

Not to begrudge Eresh's thread tracking NOA-1 to NOA-2 timelines (s/he did a great job), but I thought it appropriate to start a new thread.

I began tracking just NOA-1s after USCIS stopped issuing NOA-1s for I-130s in late 2007. The tracking spreadsheet has evolved as USCIS has evolved and I added the NOA-2 dates for I-130 only filers as well as breaking out separate sheets between VSC and CSC and averaging the days between filing and NOA-1 receipts, NOA-2 dates and dates from filing to NOA-2s. You can find separate listings for Vermont and California right under the header.

I update the sheet every few days based on VJ time lines of CR-1/IR-1 filers. I do exclude time lines that appear to be either erroneous or DCF to try to keep the information as accurate as possible. But, it can only be as accurate as the information entered in the VJ time lines. Please make sure your information is correct and keep in mind, only California and Vermont process this type of petition.

You can find the spreadsheet here.

:time:

add my timeline please... this petition is for my parents...

Hyd, you are a K-3 filer, as far as your time line states. Once you file a I-129, you are on the K-3 path. I am tracking only CR1/IR1 at this time.

HMMM... thats odd, I show k3 yes, but on your sheet you have i129F filers as well... ????????????????? RIGHT?

I was just wondering how much of this process can be taken care of online? Like what things can be emailed or billed online and would that be faster than mailing every single thing? Anywhere I could find more info on the online part of the cr1 if that's partially( or heck, if I could do the whole process online that would be awesome) even possible? What I basically mean is.....I'd rather do as much online then everything offline.....if its easier or quicker. seeing as I don't have a car and it's quite difficult for me to find time to go to the post office(added to that the fact that my entire cr1 process needs to stay a secret from my HM's....or they would be furious). In this time and day I'm surprised that every single part of this process isn't taken care of online... :wow: . lol.

Long story short....prefer the do it yourself...and do it at home thing. :goofy:
