Finally approved!! YES YES YES!!! Got approval notice today Feb. 28th!! I hope this is a good sign for all you who don't have approvals yet. :) I pray yours come soon!!! We are so excited!! :dance::thumbs:

Thanks all!! Please call on your cases if you are over 3 months out!! I called 3 days in a row and used Mox's guidelines for talking to the people there at the USCIS. It really worked!! They approved my case exactly 5 days after my call to them complaining about them not processing cases in the order received!! Follow Mox's guidelines and talk their language. It might have been the key to shake things loose!! I appreciate all your sentiments and pray your journeys will be short to your loved ones!! :)

Thank you so much!! I won't sleep for a week now!! ha ha I know its just the start but at least the first hurdle is over!! :dance: All of you on this site simply ROCK!! It is nice to have people in the same boat so to speak.....I wish all of you a short journey!! :D

Thank you so much! It will come shortly for you I know it!! Keep your chin up approvals are happening everyday for VSC filers. They are moving fast and you will get yours soon I know. :yes: Please call them using TboneTX's guidelines for talking to them......I called 3 days in a row and got my approval 5 days later........Don't get mad or upset on the phone with them, just talk their language like it says. You will feel so good after doing it. Good luck and keep me posted on your progress!! :)

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***
