There is still hope! I recieved an email from USCIS today stating that they mailed the approval letter for my I-129F yesterday!!! I filed at the California Service Center. My filing date was September 12, 2007, so it looks like they are running at about 163 days if you mailed around that time. Just wanted to share the good news with everyone...I have booked the wedding for August 9th, so as long as there are no hiccups after this, we should be looking good! Good luck everyone!

02/06/08-----Touched (RFE Trick) and approved the same day.

02/25/08-----Received at NVC

02/27/08-----Left NVC

03/03/08-----Received at Embassy

04/03/08-----Interview! APPROVED!!! YEA YEA YEAH

04/08/08-----VISA In Hand!!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!

04/18/08-----She's finally coming home POA IAD!!!
