I called yesterday.

They got back to me very quickly.

Very friendly and easy to work with.

Just wanted to advise you in case you needed to know about the price increase.

Inflation of 100% yikes. But still better than the $50 we paid.

p.s. Welcome to Chicago! How do you like our winter?

Thank you Nan & Luk. :D

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!

It is brutal...a cold and snowy one just for me. Ha!

It feels like I have never experienced being warm.

It looks like she found out that she's famous now especially here in VJ and has decided to increase her fee. $20 is still cheaper than what we had to pay for my CS, not to mention the gas, the effort and frustration looking for the clinic. ;)

Not to take any business away from Dr Arnold but if you have all the required vaccinations already listed on the DS-3025 then you already have what you need.... Only if you need to add some vaccinations that you may have given subsequent to the issuance of the DS-3025 will you need this done....

YMMV

Not all country clinics provide you with a copy of this. My husband walked away with just the X-ray and sealed envelope. He asked 3 times to get it, and the clinic said they had specific instructions from the US embassy not to provide the DS-3025... and yes I mean the DS-3025 and not a copy of the medical exam.

Sometimes.

I had all my vaccinations complete and everything in order and was still asked at interview for the supplement to be filled in by a US Doctor, after sending my DS-3025. It is worth a try to just send it but people can still be asked for the US one.

This is where Dr Arnold came in handy for me.

I think you may have hit on one of the possible differences... for those who don't get an interview it seems to go without a hitch....

YMMV

Most people who do their medical exam for visas don't get their vaccination done at the same time...so just because someone has/got their DS-3025 doesn't mean they have their vaccination supplement done as well...

Medical exams are done in a day where-as vaccination can take weeks or months when you are getting 2 or 3 doses of a vaccine..
