It seems that the applicants from late July are now being processed. That means we're next!

So maybe we should keep a thread in expetation of NOA2s :)

The delays in receiving NOA1s made our process very confusing and upseting. And now with rumors about the K-3 being canceled, just when we are about to be approved, it makes me feel that nothing about our process is usual and right :(

But let's remain positive.

Ever since I filed both I-130 and I-129F to CSC, I didn't received any indications that my documents were ever looked at.

How about you guys?

CSC received my I-130 on July 27th and I have had no activity. Every time I call they tell me to wait 30 more days, blah, blah, blah. Very frustrating when I see people who filed after me get approvals. I have not had even one touch on my case, even when I call it doesn't show up as a touch on their system.

Hi El xxxx

I have no clue anymore what they are doing, but then that would be mutual in how they feel also. Last time I dared to call them and hitting the *(%(&%#)&!*%#& buttons to get to a live clone, they told me that they were working on June applications - whatever - (this was for I-130's) For the I129f that one is still in a bin in the midst of snow.

Since alot of us can not access case online yet, I have no clue what is going on, so I told my postman to just break the door down if I got something from USCIS since I will go into hibernation for another six months!!!!

Cheers hun -

my story is the weirdest of all, i applied for I-130 in the mid of aug 2007 and got the receipt on 31st of dec, and because of delay in the process I had duplicate submission (coz I was told by uscis to resubmit your case as it might have been lost in the mail), and now my case is on the verge of rejection, :wacko:

however, I am still optimistic about my case as I hope all will go as it is supposed to be, i think this is the time when either we can get desperate or we can dream for a better life, the choice is ours to make :thumbs:

============================================

I started my case as K3 but USCIS delayed in approving I-129F, and now my case is processing as IR-1/CR-1 at NVC.

I actually just re-registered at USCIS site because I was unable to log on as well. But, it still says the same thing. No new touches since November even though I have called about 8 times since then.

I have been touched everyday this week, but yet to see any notice of approval. Being touched really is not an indicator of much, just another way to get you to think something is going on. :angry:
