No updates on my status either. My lawyer says that there is nothing I can do except wait. I have decided to make an Infopass appointment in mid-August if the status quo continues.

Hi guys, I haven't posted here yet, but we're waiting too! We haven't had any touches or updates to our AOS since Feb 13th! Hopefully we will all hear something soon! :wacko:

We're in the same boat. K3, we have our EAD and NO TOUCHES since 3/11/08!!!! At least we're not alone. I'm in Atlanta, not sure if its a west coast thing, but I'm pretty sure our case will end up in California at some point. Maybe its California that's dragging her feet? I wish this was over.

Dont worry about not having touches...i still dont have any and i got my interview letter. I may be wrong but i thought that AOS was processed in your region??? who knows. I hope you get your interview or better yet your GC soon. Who knows...you might get your interview before mine! Good luck to everyone.

I am happy to report that our application was approved at our interview on July 1. We recevied the green card several weeks later.

We did not have any touches and actually couldn't access the case at all until after the interview.

6/22/2010 Sent I-751 to CSC

6/28/2010 NOA1 date

7/06/2010 Received NOA1

8/17/2010 Biometrics appointment

9/07/2010 Approval

9/13/2010 Received card!

same here I will set an Infopass on the 16th of Aug, its really ridiculous, I have a friend who filed later than me and she's from Portland she had her interview on the 15th of July and got her GC already.........
