I strongly agree. Oftentimes, my husband is the more patient one. But his patience is rubbing off on me. And his patience is complemented by my aggressiveness so all in all, it balances out.

we're both from the same country ethnicity wise but i was born here he was born back home. Most men from my country or other arab countries they play the womens part "emotionally" also. theyre very sensitive men when they wont admit but expect the woman to be romantic and sensitive to their feelings when in a fight. Me living in America i have too much pride being romantic with a man when we fight and just going and comforting him. its bad i know but what can you do. :angry: :blush:

Pride is a spurious , dangerous emotion that can stand in the way of deep love.It's what you feel when your truer feelings are too hard to feel...Pride is what we have, do, feel, preserve.It gives us through the rough times , allow us in difficult circumstances is spite of our feared inadequacies , to carry on.But pride , embedded , taken on a personality trait, is a dangerous attribute. it stands between you and what is or might be; love, spouse,relationship.. pride in a relationships creates distance... so give up your pride... B)
