But if I wanted to make pancakes for hubster (c'mon, these are really just crepes), what kind of savory type could I make? Hubster grew up doing the Shrove Tuesday thang....I know he lurves the pancakes.

I recommend ham and cheese for savoury, but lemon and caster sugar is much nicer

I love fluffy American pancakes with nothing on them.

I like them toasted and with a little butter on them. Hubby thinks I'm weird. Oh and I love French Toast without anything on it too.

kevin doesn't usually put anything on his pancakes or french toast either...and here i am with mine slathered in butter and maple syrup...

Not weird to me. I love French toast sans toppings and, guess what, I eat them with my fingers. None of this knife and fork ####### for me.

merlot alot lighter than zinfandel...drinking it a wee bitty too fast! Got some lindt chocolate too...mmmmmm.

I've just had a knock at my door and a bottle of swedish vodka handed to me with my name carved into a wee metal plate imbedded in the bottle. One of my friends said a box of 12 bottles with names of 12 of my friends landed at his door this morning. They are presents from my friends from sweden for "up helly a" which was tuesday in the shetlands. Celebrating the viking heritage of scotland.
