Recently i saw that people who had filed in October were receiving their NOA2. I figured maybe it would be a good idea to start a topic in where people from October and November could verify that they have received their NOA2. This will give us people a bit of hope that our NOA2 is coming. I filed on November 6th 2007. Thanks!

That's a good idea. The only October filers approved have been from VSC. Cali just started working on August :rolleyes:

11/16/2007 = Package arrived at CSC

11/21/2007 = NOA1 (according to www.uscis.gov online case status)

11/26/2007 = Check cashed (YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!)

11/28/2007 = Touched

11/30/2007 = Rec'd NOA1 hard copy in the mail

12/20/2007 = Touched

12/21/2007 = Touched

03/12/2008 = Touched (due to phone call)

03/24/2008 = NOA2!!!!!!!!!

05/05/2008 = Arrived at Consulate

09/02/2008 = NOA1 for EAD and AOS received in the mail.

Hi! we sent our application to CSC on the last week of October,we're still waiting for our NOA2,hopefully by March we'll be able to received it.

seems like cali's way behind vermont and elsewhere... :(

we sent in the I-129F at the beginning of november and received NOA1 on november 14th (according to the web).

i'm working on my patience now... it's hard but good luck everyone!

4/08/13 - Emailed ds3032 template

4/09/13 - NVC case number and IIN number generated

4/11/13 - aos fee bill invoiced/paid/and pkg sent

4/12/13 - aos fee paid again after being rejected/ds3032 resent and accepted

4/15/13 - aos pkg delivered/iv bill invoiced and paid

4/16/13 - iv pkg sent express mail/ aos status changed to paid

4/17/13 - iv pkg delivered/ iv status changed to paid.

4/29/13 - Case Complete!
