I received an acknowledgement but no call in information. I loaded my request with my list of Qs, namely asking about the this Bullcrap of K3 dates being used as priority date for I130 and K3 being submitted together. whats the real intent of K3 when I 130 is already approved.

the bloke who responded mentioned we would address the answers from what "they" know and other would be fielded to the USCIS.

i hope he doesn't mean to short change me by not sending the dial in information. we gotta rock the switch board while on the call. hope someone gets an invite and we get our answers

i recommend you guys frame your questions and shoot it to the OMBUD dude

I just signed up a few minutes ago - I'll help take notes so we can report back to the group anything of interest that is said.

The reply note said that USCIS officials will be on the line too - well, it said they will be "listening in" so I guess we can't ask them direct questions.

Hope we get some answers!!

i did also, we have to talk about this, k3 must not be cancelled, it optional if u send i-129f means u want k3, even they want to cancel it they have to make it official, through any media agency and those petition in already should not be cancelled, everybody has reason for choosing btw. the two petitions, embassy vary, in the pace they go by interview date for each application.

thanks for the update.

seems like ombudsman office is really reactive to the complaints. I had posted an email to them complaining about their so called conference calls since I don't see questions being posted or answers being posted within the timeframe of the call. The answers if posted after 15 days is worthless considering the fluid situations people are in and every day matters.

I disagree with folks who still feel this(case processing) is a privelege, i wish they are subjected to a 9 month wait for the priivelege of driving in the USA and try to keep their normal life going in the interim.

I wish Voting also was termed as a Privelege
