What countries are allowing non-residents to get vaccinated? |

Hello, have an issue here that I'm struggling to resolve. My fiancee is in Belarus and they don't have access to Pfizer/Moderna/Janssen. In order to get to Poland for her K1 interview (early next year most likely), she'll need a vaccine approved by the EU, and I'm still not sure what we'll take in order to fly to the US. This is a problem that all former USSR countries (with the exception of Ukraine) are facing right now and we really need help. What countries are currently allowing tourists to get vaccinated, and do not have many entry restrictions? She has a Schengen Visa, but Germany won't allow in unvaccinated Belarusians; my plan was to see if she could get it in Stuttgart but that kinda died after that realization. Thank you kindly in advance. Edit: I have looked into Dubai, but it appears they discontinued their program, like Serbia did recently. I am not sure if she can get vaccinated in Poland, but if we were somehow able to get a doctor's approval, she'd have to quarantine for 10 days there before attempting it. Though there are no quarantine restrictions on land borders, Belarusians can enter only once per three months with a compelling reason.

Thought I'd upload this in a new thread considering it supersedes any issues with having a COVID vaccine during the medical assessment: (https://www.cnbc.com/2021/09/20/us-to-ease-travel-restrictions-for-foreign-visitors-who-are-vaccinated-against-covid.html). Earlier it appeared as if it replaced the existing bans (ie, only applied to Schengen, UK, China, etc.), but it no longer appears to be the case and will apply to everyone. I believe I saw it described as an "individual-based, rather than country-based, approach". I know there's no further information on this, but any speculation on if the K class will be treated differently? For those of us in countries where a WHO-approved vaccine is unavailable, it feels like the whole process has just hit a brick wall. My only thought is that this will only apply to "visitors", but then again you have the eternal technicality of K1 being non-immigrant. Not really sure where this leaves those of us who don't really have options.

I was googling around for any new developments in the process and I stumbled across this article here (https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/covid-19-vaccine-required-to-immigrate-9859192/) which links to an official CDC page detailing the requirement, to take effect October. I know, of course, that K1 is technically a nonimmigrant visa, but I'm not sure how much weight that is given considering that beneficiaries still need to go through the standard medical evaluation. I'm particularly concerned because there's no CDC-approved vaccine available in my fiancee's home country (Belarus), but she will apparently have to interview in a country where it is available (Poland). Does anyone know anything more about this? It does look like you can get an exemption based on availability (thank goodness this was thought through), but I'm just thinking about this in advance. Thanks everyone in advance!

Hello! I just moved into an apartment for law school and know I will eventually need to update my address with USCIS. I petitioned for my fiancee back in March so I expect the NOA2 within the next two months. I was considering leaving my address as-is until I get that notice, as my parents still live at the address I originally listed and I'm a bit paranoid of the mail being lost here. I understand US citizen petitioners can easily fill out a form online, but must I do so within 10 days of having moved? The 10 day rule clearly applies to immigrants but there is nothing listed for the US citizen. Thank you in advance!

Hi I submitted the i-485 with e-notification form before the i-94 expiration date, but I read it will take over a month to get the NOA1 notice? Will this be an issue because the i-94 expires in a week and I won't have any proof to show that I filed for AOS? Also will I get the e-notification before or at the same time they issue the NOA1?
