G-1450 in AOS Packet

I am submitting the AOS packet soon, and I am curious if I need two or three G-1450 and where to put them in the packet.

I-130 -> G-1450

I-485 -> G-1450

But what about the biometrics fee? Can it be combined with I-485 G-1450? Or should I submit a third G-1450 specifically for Biometrics?

Also, where do I include the G-1450? On top of everything? Or before each form (G-1450 and then I-130, etc...)

If I do it before each form, should I put it before or after the G-1145?

You only need one G-1450 for entire packet.

You only pay one biometrics fee for entire packet (if no dependents applying with you)

You can put G-1450 before as the first form.

Same with evidence. You don't need to duplicate evidence. Just submit it after all forms once. Make a table of contents to go before forms explaining what all forms and evidence you submitted in the packet. Good luck.
