Received my NOA-1 (1 year extension in the mail today) and sent my package on the 2nd which was received on the 3rd.

Awesome. Based on the stats it seems like CSC is a little faster with the NOA-1 letters than VSC, but overall a little slower in the entire I-751 process. For now anyway. We all have a year's wait ahead...

Well, my packet was just received at the CSC, hopefully we will receive a NOA shortly. Here's my timeline so far:

I have a problem and I need your advice guys please. My conditional green card expires on March 24th so my 90 days period started on December around the holidays and because of that, we couldn’t send the package then.. we had everything ready this weekend to send it on Monday but I got very sick on the weekend and it turns out I have the flu and bronchitis and I’ve been on bed rest all week. I haven’t been able to send the package and my husband can’t do it because of his work schedule. Should I wait to send it until next week on Tuesday? If I send it tomorrow, I’m afraid they’re gonna get it during the weekend and get lost or something and Monday it’s a holiday too.. what do you guys suggest me to do? I’m going to go back to urgent care tomorrow again because I’m not improving at all but getting worse despite taking all the medicine the Dr. gave me.. I even had to drop my winter class at college because I haven’t been able to get out of bed. Should I include the dr note I got for school in the uscis package? Should I explain in the letter why we’re sending it after our 90 days period started? Did you guys send it with return receipt so someone there signs that it is es received? Sorry for the long post and for so many questions but I really don’t know what to do. Thank you so much all.

You can file at any point within the 90d window - so what exactly are you worried about? You could file a month from now and be fine.

You don't need to send with a return receipt - just use regular priority mail.

I'm almost done preparing my application and I have a quick question. I photocopied my green card, front and back but they are on separate papers. Should I re-photocopy to have both sides on one paper? Or am I just losing my mind and over thinking this and just leave it be?

You are overthinking, probably. Stick them together with a paper clip and you are good to go.

Like you say, from what I've read it seems like there's no way of telling whether you'll get RFEs or not on that. If I do, I'm going to send them every statement with every page since the start of our marriage! To be honest, you'd think they wouldn't want to waste their own time sending RFEs for things like that when the bank statements are just one set among multiple sets of evidence they have to sift through... I noted that I'd omitted irrelevant pages in the cover letter, so let's hope the USCIS Officer looking at mine uses some common sense on that! 

 

Mine arrived at the Vermont Service Center yesterday so will await the NOA/1-year extension note in the next week or so, I guess?

The easiest way to update the sheet is to copy and paste into excel. Once there are more names on the list, you can quickly sort by the date of submission. You'll be able to track against other folks here!
