And here is the list of evidence I used, maybe it'll be useful:

 

Obviously: I-751, $680 check, copy front and back of GC, copy of marriage certificate (just in case)

 

 

- 2016 Federal Tax Transcript & 2016 State Tax Return showing Joint Married Filing

- 3 joint leases of apartments we rented since getting married

- Quarterly electricity bills showing both names

- Printouts showing us to be beneficiaries on each others 401k

- Joint Loan for Car & Quarterly loan statements

- Joint car insurance ID cards since getting married

- Quarterly statements for joint checking account

- Quarterly statements for joint savings account

- Various documents showing joint health insurance

- Copy of driver's licenses showing same address & letters confirming address change of driver's licenses when we moved

- Document showing my husband to be beneficiary on my Health Savings account

 

Hoping this'll be enough.

Our window to file opens on January 21st. Glad to see there's already an active thread.

 

We've been traveling outside the country and haven't been home to receive the notice to file I-751 yet. Anyone know when we should receive it? We currently have a mail hold with USPS while we're gone.

My window opened on Dec. 12th, but didn't mail everything out until Dec. 27th.  Vermont Service received on Jan. 2, 2018,

so I guess I'll call myself a January filer...

 

I sent official IRS tax transcripts for the last 3 years - you can download these online at irs.gov

copy front and back of green card

copy of drivers license with current address

copy of health insurance card with both names on it

copy of last residence deed

copy of last residence transfer deed to new owner

current residence deed

current deed of trust

current home equity line of credit with both names

current property tax bill

home owners association showing us both on it

car insurance declaration pages

home owners declaration pages

umbrella insurance declaration pages

life insurance showing my wife as beneficiary

a couple of bank statements showing our joint account

health savings account showing both of us on it

 

I think that's about it.  I didn't bother with photos and such... as they don't really prove anything, but may

be helpful if your other evidence is a bit thin...

I don't think you necessarily get a notice to file I-751. I did not. And that is despite always updating my address with USCIS when I moved.

USCIS mailed our notice on Nov. 21, 2017 for a Dec. 12, 2017 start of 90 day window...

We received a notice from USCIS about 3 weeks ago saying that our ROC date was approaching (actually we received two notices - duplicate copies). The letter didn't contain any information that can't be found on the USCIS website. 

 

Package is complete and will be sent tomorrow.

Correct, that is the latest form. It was updated around 20-ish December, I remembered it because I was using the old form and noticed the updated version when they uploaded and changed it right away.

I did not receive any notice either. But I submitted right when my filing date starts.

Hey everyone, Our date is January 9th. However it will most likely be a bit later that we send in the ROC since financially it is a burden at the moment (thanks to medical bills lol). Still seems unreal that it has been 2 years since all of this was completed, but alas here we are again. Good luck to everyone!

Braved the snow storm and the package is on its way. Well, at the post office, with the current East Coast Snow Storm it probably won't be delivered before Monday, but now the waiting begins...

Is it necessary to include all the pages of joint bank statements and from every month or it’s ok if we send just the first page where it states our names and address and to send from every December of each year? .. I’m so overwhelmed.. I don’t know how much is ok to send .. thank you

I sent complete statements but only every three months to keep the mountain of paper manageable.

I know a lot of people have sent them quarterly statements, so every four months or so... but personally I'm sending all of the statements I have from the time we got married and opened the account together until present time. Make sure your package is labeled and organized clearly so the IO can easily flip through and find what they want to see and what they don't, and then I wouldn't consider anything as "too much" to send. I would rather it be in the packet and be tossed aside than get a RFE, but maybe I'm just being overly cautious.

I'm planning to send statements for every month.  Some VJers have reported sending fewer, and it seems they did not have problems.  What I have seen is RFEs being issued for not sending every page in the statements you do send, so I wouldn't risk it.
