Anyway my question is, my ROC filing date will be 29th December, does that mean the package can be reached or send out to USCIS on 29th Dec or does that mean my documents has to be dated 29th Dec? I'm so confused..Thanks in advance!

Hi Roy&Chanel:

 

You can send out your package in that date.  The 90 days window before the GC expires means that you have that lapse of time to send the I-751 to USCIS. For example, my  green card expires 12/14/2017 and we sent my package in November 28 and got accepted not problem (our 90 days window started in September) .

Yes I included the PAOH of my husband and me  and  2 the affidavits.  We included too our wills.

Did you get the Power of Attorney Healthcare notarized?

Im going to send out my package on 30th December, my opening filing date is on 29 December. Kinda need to travel in end of Jan.

Yes the POAH and the wills were notarized, and for convenience we took those to the notary in UPS.

Hi Everyone,

We have sent the package to VSC on 12/6 and it was delivered on 12/7 as per Fedex. As of now, check still has not yet been cashed.. Keep fingers crossed..
