Sent ROC papers to Vermont 11.29 but still get nothing from USCIS, takimg for so long time to get NOA... hope it doesn’t missing . Getting worry about my case.

In order to process the application, they will have to cash your check first. That's the reason why people are checking their bank account often after submitting the package. If they have not cashed you check after a while you sent to them, your package will have a high possibility of being returned back to you due to lack of docs/fund or incompleteness of the form. I have the same issue like you since they have not cashed my check either after they received it on 12/7. I worry about that they may return the package back to me because there is some error or lack of docs..

Mine 12/08 didnt cashed the check yet im getting worried too

The lady from USCIS said today that for any process we have to give them 30 days and advised just wait and call them again in a 2 weeks. 

‘And  I have a guess that now the mail service too busy because of Christmas coming so probably this is why we have this delay ..

Ours was received on 12/8 and our check has not been cashed yet either. We are Vermont.

Hi everyone!  Here we go again after a 21-month break.  We filed our 751 at CSC and our cheque was cashed today, so now to wait for NOA1.  Good luck to all of my fellow December filers!

Hey guys quick question: under the Power of Attorney healthcare Georgia form, it says, [This form does not need to be notarized and a copy of a validly executed advance directive for health care carries the same meaning and effect as the original document.]

Do i still need to get them notarized?

Hey guys, dont worry I'm sure they will cash in soon, its December so everyone's in holiday mood and vacation leaves going on, staffs clearing leaves. Pretty sure everything will be fine. Cheer up!

Hi everyone, my ROC package  was delivered on 12/8 to VSC. Woke up this morning to discover they have cashed the check! Hopefully that means I’ll be getting NOA1 soon. I’ve been convincing myself that I hadn’t signed the check, guess I did!

I just found out that our check has been cashed as well this morning.. Hopefully there will be a NOA1 in mailbox within next few days...
