can my wife send my paperswork such a my police record and my birth certificate and my 5*5 photos and ...etc with AOS PACKAGE Affidavit of support package to nvc to avoid the experation because my police record will experate on the 12th may then she will send IV PACKAGE " 320 dollars fees +ds 260 form " later after getting the email

you will need unexpired police certificate for your interview. So if it's expiring soon maybe you better do another one that will be valid at the interview time as well

The AOS supporting documents goes with the I-864.

The IV supporting documents goes with the DS-260.

You can not send IV supporting documents with the I-864.

confused by your question. your are supposed to send both packets together anyways. there is no separation anymore. you send both AOS and IV documents in one packet to NVC in the order of the checklist email you received inside your welcome email.

you can pay the IV fee when ready you don't need to wait to pay it to send your IV documents. send all IV documents with AOS.

wrong both Packets can be sent after the Aos fee is paid and before the iv fee is paid and the ds-260 is fill out. You just need to include the Aos document cover sheet with each packet. That is how me and a lot of members on here have done it

There is less waiting time at nvc to do it this way
