We received a proposal from USA citizen for the marraige, however we came to know that processing time for USA citizen will take minimum of 1 year.

We are hesitating to accept the proposal, considering the above. . Kindly give us more insight on this on the below queries.

1)  What is the VISA name and details.

2)  How much time it takes after the wedding

3)  What are the requisites  for documentation

4)  What are other benefits to USA citizens compared H1B work VISA.

 Kindly suggest  in details.

Not exactly certain what you are asking about?  Did you meet a US Citizen and form a relationship and have decided to get married?  If so, after the wedding the two of you would file for a CR1 visa which takes anywhere from 12-24 months to get from submission to approval.  The guides here on Visajourney are detailed in the documentation needed, so I would suggest reading those thoroughly.

If IR-1/CR-1 spousal visa takes too long for you, you can consider a K-1 fiancé visa where you'd have to enter the US unmarried and get married with your US petitioner in the US. Thereafter, you'll need to AOS as well as apply for EAD and AP. Without EAD and AP, you won't be able to work nor travel outside of the US. On the other hand, a spousal visa gets you an immediate permanent residency with permission to wotk after a SSN application.

As per @Bill & Katya, refer to the Guides tab. You'll find info on fiancé and spousal visas.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

It's Visa. Not VISA - that's a credit card. :P

But seriously. Your post is so.. oddly written.

Are you looking into the spouse visa? Fiance visa? What does the work visa has to do with any of that?

1. Dunno, because you didn't give us enough info.

2. Again, not enough info. It takes about 10 - 12 months for the spouse visa or 6 - 8 for fiance visa (but it all depends on country). On fiance visa you need to get married within 90 days of arriving in the USA.

3. Depends on which visa you need...

4. Benefits to the USA citizen? Uhhhh... is having a wife/husband enough benefit? Because I have no idea what you mean.

No matter WHICH visa process you mean, there are no shortcuts - they are take time and 1 year is actually not that long at all. Some people wait few years for their visa to be approved.
