That is not the normal cut on my Visa Packet. It seems that was ripped during shipping. You should contact the embassy to have it re-sealed.

I'd contact the embassy to see if the package needs to be resealed or if the tear is negligible enough for you to be good to go as is. Specifically, I'd email the immigrant visa section of the embassy and attach those pictures so they can see for themselves what it looks like.

And what will happpen if they won't let me in the United States, what will happen to visa? will I be able to use it again?

K-1 is one entry.

Is your passport inside the package that was sent to you?

I contacted embassy they said I can send back to re-seal, but where is the gurantee the new one will arrive with no tears?

I am really afraid it might even stuck in the embassy for some reason.

I thought this kind of tears are normal since nothing falling out and I can't even put a little finger there the envelope will crack more if I do.

Read the links to the other threads I provided to see what others did. I think you'll be ok. Just make sure it doesn't rip further.

Thanks a lot! I noticed there is not much of information about it on internet, I am wondering what is the reason, maybe most people just don't pay attention to damages like that?

Yes, I read those threads, seems like someone got worse damage and was OK.

Your fine lots of people get ripped packages the post isn't very careful with them so the paper tears as long as your gentle with it so it doesn't rip further and the seals across the tape aren't disturbed you should be fine :)!

Hold onto your hat its going to be a bumpy ride!!

but don't worry you'll get through it :luv:
