I do not think you will be allowed entrance without an interview notice. Your husband should call the Uscis and inquire about your case.

When exactly did he file?

Where is it pending? USCIS or NVC, the embassy?

What does the online status say?

Check with NVC with the reciept number if they didnt recieve it then its must be lying with uscis. If so contact obdusman regarding yr case, they actually help to move your case. Sometimes  what happened is uscis say they sent the case but actually its not. Once uscis sent it to nvc - nvc have a good track record sending petetions on time to consulate.

My i-130 petition has been pending since 2014, but now finally my case has been moved to California Service Center, how long it will take more? Will this center send me interview call? What are next steps? Can anybody tell me?

What visa did you file for that the i-130 has been pending since 2014?

Is the petitioner a GC holder or a USC?

Disregard the above. I see from your previous posts that your husband is a LPR. Has he filed for his citizenship since then?

You have 2 other posts open with the same subject. I suggest you keep on updating that one.

1. Forziz

2. Forziz

As for the case being prolonged, has your husband called up USCIS yet? They must have sent some notifications or he must have called them up. What updates did your husband get from them?

You guys have done Nikkah or only engaged?
