Is it normal for the embassy to call before Interview? I have my interview on May 8th and today I got 2 missed calls for US embassy in New Delhi. I called back but the person at the other end said whosoever called will call back again...just confused. ..People going thru New Delhi can chip in...thnks

H You must obtain two passport photographs of yourself and present them at your interview

P You must request this police certificate from the issuing authority. After you submit your

NOW my question is what is the meaning of this document is unobtainable

as while submitting documents to NVC i already submitted the POLICE CERTIFICATE FROM UAE DUBAI ot them

if anybody can help me let me know the meaning of this ??????

Sorry I dont have an answer to your question however I am just curious to know where did you get this list from. Is this a Packet 4? Hope someone responds to your question shortly.

As far as I know, they do call to inform you about your interview.

Yes this is the personalized P4 checklist you get when you get interview date.

OP as far as what that means it really means nothing to you since you said you gave them the Police report.

If it makes you feel better maybe get another one. Have you called NVC to inquire what is it that is unobtainable could be a mistake or a generic thing for countries you can't get a PCC.

Can you please fill out the case complete to interview form. Not very many come through your embassy and we need this data for others behind you. Thank you.

I would do it but your timeline is not complete.

I will, after I call NVC and find out what date my case was completed.

My case got completed on April 16. Do you know when I am expected to get an interview date? I called NVC one week after and today too and they only told me they don't have my date yet. My husband is from the Dominican republic. Do you think it's possible the inteview date is in June?

perfectly normal, it happened to my wife and they never call back. whoever called will call back again is the same respond she got btw. They usually call and tell you what to bring to the OFC interview, which includes fingerprint appointment letter, interview letter, ds-260 confirmation page and passport.
